Here are some important house rules that you have to keep in mind: • No parties/events of any kind. • Animals - Pets are listed as not allowed. • $500 fee for smoking/vaping/weed inside the home. Please only smoke outside and discard all trash. Do not leave butts on the ground. • No loud music or noise is permitted after 9:00 PM. • An additional cleaning fee starting at $100 if the home is left in an excessively dirty condition. (stained walls, pots and pans left dirty everywhere, dirty floors excessive trash) • Full repayment for any damaged or missing items in relation to price. • Checkout is at 10:00 AM • To avoid potentially costly damage to the air-conditioning unit, lowering thermostat below seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit will be at owner's discretion. Temperature may not exceed eighty degrees Fahrenheit inside of the property. • No Bitcoin-type mining or other excessive electricity or unauthorized business uses allowed at the property .
